Gluten Free Vegan Peanut Butter Pillows!

I found a recipe for Peanut Butter Pillows on the dainty squid's blog. I HAD to bake them straight away!! But I seem to have made too much peanut mixture for the cookie dough, so the peanut mixture came through. I also think I made the cookie dough too dry. Hopefully next time I make them they'll look as pretty as they're supposed to! They taste pretty darn good anyway!

I also made a few peanut-butter-free cookie balls for my daughter, who isn't old enough to have peanuts yet.
